Make your way across the stunning country of Indonesia, starting your journey from Jakarta to Bali on this unique and exciting 12-day vacation! With interesting stops along the way such as visits to the beautiful Kamojang Crater, famous Botanical Gardens and the magnificent Borobudur temple (which is one of the largest and most important Buddhist temples in the world), this tour will take you all over the country. So soak up the fascinating culture and history of the different areas of Indonesia as you visit the Kampung Naga traditional village and many more on a trip you won’t forget!

Day 1

Jakarta – Bandung

Welcome to the beautiful country of Indonesia! Upon arrival you will be met by a representative to start your trip to Bandung. Your first stop will be at Bogor, but make sure you bring your umbrella along because it rains almost every day, even in the dry season. Here you will visit the famed Bogor Botanical Gardens, with several different gardens like the Water Garden (for water and swamp plants), the Mexican Garden (dedicated to desert plants) and the Medicine Garden to list a few. Afterwards you will visit one of the tea plantations in Puncak, a beautiful mountain pass connecting Bogor to Bandung. Following a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, you will pass by one of the 6 presidential palaces of Indonesia, the Cipanas Palace, before proceeding to Bandung.

Day 2


After a delicious breakfast, you will go on a full-day tour to explore Bandung. You will first visit Tangkuban Perahu, an active volcano nicknamed “overturned boat,” where you can drive right up to the rim to see the breathtaking views of its smoldering crater. Afterwards you will go to Ciater, a hot spring of sulfured water that is good for healing rheumatism and several skin problems. Before ending the tour, you will have a tasty lunch at a local restaurant in Bandung.

In the afternoon, you could go on an optional you could end the tour with a visit to the Angklung Music School Udjo to watch the Angklung Orchestra performance by school children of different ages.

Day 3

Bandung – Tasikmalaya

Today you will go on a drive to reach Garut, a town where you will visit Kawah Kamojang, a crater located on a volcano called Mount Guntur. Your next stop will be at Kampung Naga, a village located in a fertile valley with the sacred Naga forest on one side and the Ciwulan River on the other. Here you will find that the inhabitants live in a tight-knit community by the age-old customs and traditions of their ancestors. After exploring the village, you will head to which is a field of geysers [AK1] surrounded by a forest which is nestled in the mountain range. Before you reach Tasikmalaya, a city which some call "the City of a Thousand Pesantrens" due to its abundance of Islamic boarding schools.

Day 4

Tasikmalaya - Pangandaran

This morning After a tasty breakfast at your hotel, you will drive to Pangandaran, a picturesque town situated on the southern coast of Java which has become a popular tourist destination because of its well-known surfing beaches. Here where you will have nice time to relax on the beach as you take in the wonderful views of the West Java coast,  landscape so do not forget to bring your camera, swimwear and adequate sun protection along!

Day 5


On this day, you will have the entire day at leisure to wander around and explore on your own. You could walk along the Pantai Indah Barat or Pantai Indah Timur Beach.

Please Note: If you would like to go on an optional visit to the Green Canyon which visitors describe as “a piece of heaven on Earth” for its breathtaking views, our vehicles can take you to the village of Cukang Taneuh village where you can take a boat to cruise along the emerald waters of the Cijulang River. Boat Rental, entrance fee, swimming ticket and surfing boat rental will be at your own personal account.

Day 6

Pangandaran - Yogyakarta

Get ready to go on a leisurely 6-hour drive heading to Yogyakarta (often called Jogja) famous for its cultural heritage and traditional arts. On the way, you will pass the Magelang Regency where you will visit the magnificent 9th C Borobudur Temple (or Barabudur), which is translated into "the Buddhist Monastery on the hill." After exploring this UNESCO World Heritage Site which is the largest Buddhist temple in the world, you will continue your journey to Yogyakarta for your overnight stay.

Day 7


Start your day by exploring the rich history life of Yogyakarta with a visit to Kraton Yogyakarta, the Sultan Palace which serves as a cultural center and has a museum displaying artifacts of the sultanate. Next, you will learn about the batik home industry, which is a traditional method industry of dyeing coloring cloth using wax. Then you will visit Kota Gede, a historic neighborhood known internationally for its impressive silver crafts. Before returning to your hotel, you will go shopping at Jalan Malioboro, the largest tourist district in Yogyakarta and a major shopping street whose sidewalks are full of stalls selling a variety of goods.

Day 8

Yogyakarta – Malang

Today you will head to the charming city of Solo, Yogya’s sister city which is formerly known as Surakarta, where you will visit the Kraton Mangkunegaran Palace, built in 1757. Afterwards, you will continue across East Java to reach the city of Malang, nicknamed the “Paris of East Java” due to its colonial-era boulevards left behind by the Dutch. Nowadays it is a center of tourism with beautiful beaches, temples and museums waiting to be discovered.

Day 9


This morningoday you will discover the city of Malang with its antiquities from the Singosari dynasty dating back to the 14th C AD. You will visit the Singosari (or Singhasari) Temple, a Hindu-Buddhist temple dating back to the 13th C, and the Jago Temple, a Hindu temple which was also built in the 13th C. Then you will visit the old colonial retirement area and will pass by Ijen Boulevard, where you can see beautiful old-fashioned Dutch houses decorated with flowers and palm trees.

Please Note: Tonight you could go on  an optional tour to watch the sunrise from Mount Bromo.  After midnight, you will drive for about 2.5 hours to Cemoro Lawang (also known as Cemara Lawang) which is a quaint mountain village. Here you will go down the steep slope of Mount Tengger on horseback, crossing the sea of sand to climb 245 steps until you reach the awesome rim of the crater where you will watch the sunrise!

Day 10

Malang – Kalibaru

On this day you will drive through the Jember Regency to reach Kalibaru, a small hill town known for its coffee plantations because of its strategic location and climate. On your way, you will pass by coastal areas, see mountainous landscapes, local villages and old fashion Dutch irrigation system as well as large plantations of coffee, cacao and rubber.

Day 11

Kalibaru – Lovina

You will spend this morning at leisure, so to relax\ or explore your surrounding by taking a walk around the scenic plantations and farms. Afterwards, you will drive to the stunning island of Bali, a popular tourist destination famous for its gorgeous views of frosted volcanic mountains as well as beaches where you could go surfing and diving. On your way, you will take a ferry boat to cross the Bali Strait which separates Java and Bali, to reach the port town of Gilimanuk for your transfer to your hotel in Lovina Beach.

Day 12


After a delicious breakfast, you will have the morning at leisure to relax or wander around Lovina, which is famed for its diverse marine life from snorkeling and diving near the coral reef to dolphin-watching. Afterwards, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight out or will be dropped off at any hotel in Bali that you have booked in advance.
