From Rome to Paris, enjoy this 18-day odyssey across Europe. On this journey you will be able to see such historical and cultural monuments as the Coliseum, the Greek temples of Athens and the Eiffel Tower

Day 1

You will be transferred to the hotel to spend the rest of the day at leisure. You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area.
Overnight in Rome.

Day 2

In the morning, you will have a scenic tour of the capital, which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal City”. You will visit the tiny state of the Vatican. Vatican City is the principle center of Catholicsm in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. Also included in the tour is an admission to the Roman Coliseum, the landmark of Rome. This impressive construction dates back 2,000 years and will transport you back in time so that you can learn about ancient society in the Roman Empire. In the evening you will be transported to the Via Cavour area, where you will find restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese, and international food.

Day 3

Free day in the eternal city. Today will be an opportunity to visit one of the oldest cities in Europe.

Day 4

Rome - Salerno
You will have an early start in Rome to travel to the south of Italy. You will pass through Naples where you will embark on a journey to the Island of Capri (boat ticket included). If you wish, you can go to the Blue Grotto or take a trip on the cable car to Capri capital. After lunch, you will board once more and continue to Sorrento, a town full of charm and tourist life at the foot of the cliff. You will then continue to the Gulf of Salerno.

Day 5

Salerno - Taormina
You will travel to the southern coast of ¨the boot¨, where you will come across attractive southern Italian scenery as you cross the Cilento National Park. You will arrive in Paola. At the shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea, you will visit the sanctuary of St Francis of Paola and have some free time for lunch at its pretty historic center. You will go on your way to Villa San Giovanni where you will take a short ferry to the island of Sicily.  Arrival in Messina where you will have time for a stroll and to visit the cathedral before continuing to Taormina.

Day 6

At the foot of the Etna volcano, the very beautiful city of Taormina was defined by Churchill as the prettiest place on earth. Time to stroll around the ancient city center, with a Greek theater overlooking unforgettable scenery. You can also enjoy the beach.

Day 7

Taormina - Agrigento
You will travel to Syracuse, a city which for a time rivalled Athens and Rome for its power and splendor. Time to visit its magnificent historic center. After lunch we go on to Noto, a small city that seems to have stopped in time, the Baroque jewel of Sicily. You will carry on towards Agrigento. In the coach, you will be able to see the magnificent temple complex light up.

Day 8

Agrigento - Palermo
With a local guide, you will visit the Valley of the Temples, an impressive archaeological site considered the most complete complex of Greek temples (ticket not included). You wll travel to Marsala, a historic city with a lot of atmosphere and a famous wine. You will go on around the Marsala salt marshes to Erice, a very picturesque Phoenician town overlooking the sea. You will then continue to Palermo.

Day 9

Palermo - Naples
After breakfast, go on a tour of Palermo. The Sicilian capital is a city full of contrasts where you will hear stories of Arabs, Normans and the splendor of the Baroque period. The city stands out for the Palace of the Normans with its Palatine Chapel and Cathedral. In the afternoon, we include a transfer to the beautiful village of Monreale (now an outlying district of Palermo). Return to Palermo. At the end of the afternoon you will board a modern night ferry. Accommodation in double cabins with bathroom for your overnight cruise to Naples.

Day 10

Naples - Rome
Arrival to Naples in the early morning. From there you will continue to Pompeii where a local guide can help you admire the remains of this Romen city that was covered by the ashes of the Vesuvius (entrance not included). After lunch, continue to CASSINO where you will get to see its immense abbey. Spend some time at leisure in the Polish Cemetery, which stands in tribute to those who died in one of the deadlist battles in World War II. Continue to Rome.

Day 11

Free day in the eternal city. Today will be an opportunity to visit one of the oldest cities in Europe.

Day 12

Rome - Florence

You will leave Rome and head north. This route is graced with beautiful landscapes. Upon your arrival in Florence, you will head straight to Piazzale Michelangelo, an impressive site in the city. In the evening we provide a tour with a local expert to walk through the historic center, taking in places such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. This city is truly an outdoor museum.

Day 13

Florence - Venice

Today you will get to enjoy the stunning mountain landscapes while crossing the Apennine Mountains. Arriving in Venice, you will board a Vapporetto to travel around on the canals in the historic center. With a local guide, you will visit the marvellous Plaza de St Mark’s square and enter the marvellous basilica (entry cost included). Afterwards, you will be able to visit the Murano glass factory city. It is marvellous to see the technique of crystal blowing. Free time. At the end of the afternoon, you will have the chance to eat dinner in the Mestre area, where you can dine at a restaurant of your choosing (Indian, Oriental, Italian, etc.).

Day 14

Venice - Zurich

You will depart from Venice and travel to Verona. We will provide a shuttle to the historic center. Your guide will instruct you on the places where you will be able to walk in Romeo and Juliet’s city - the city of lovers! Afterwards you will continue the journey to Switzerland. Very beautiful lakes and mountains with snow-capped peaks line your route. Arrival in Zurich. Free time in the historic center next to the lake.

Day 15


Today´s route takes you across beautiful landscapes with high mountains and lakes. Breathtaking scenery in the region of Interlaken. You will have time for a coffee before taking the cable car up to Grindelwald (ticket included). You will walk along the path for about 30 minutes, in which you will be able to take the ¨footbridge over the empty¨ among the fantastic scenery and enjoy the glaciers around you. Lunch included (vegetarian option available). Afterwards, you will continue to Lucerne, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. Time at the end of the day to stroll, enjoy the city and dine before returning to the hotel in Zurich.

Day 16

Zurich - Paris

Today you will explore Bern, the capital city of Switzerland built around a bend in the Aare River, with its medieval architecture preserved in the Old Town. Time to take a stroll and breathe in the fresh air. Next, you will journey to France. Enjoy beautiful lake views on your trip to Paris, where you will arrive in the evening.

Day 17

Come on a scenic guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and breathtaking monuments of Paris. You will end the visit at the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket admission included). End your visit with a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose. At sunset transfer to the “Quartier Latin”, a very picturesque area of the historic center were you can enjoy dinner with a wide variety of international cuisines.
Note: Sometimes queues to climb the Eiffel Tower are long. For organizational reasons, if deemed appropriate, the climb can be made at a different moment of the day or on Monday

Recommendation: If you start or end your trip in Paris, we advise you to book an extra day or two in this city. This way, you will be able to get to see Disneyland Paris, the Versailles and other places of interest
