You'll visit the stunning Bogor Botanical Gardens and the city of Bandung.Travel east by train to see traditional Javanese craftsmanship in Yogyakarta, where the Sultan’s Palace represents the capital of Javanese culture. Nearby is Borobudur, the world’s largest Buddhist monument. You'll also explore Malang and the beautiful village surrounded by coffee & cocoa plantations. You might also want to watch the sunrise at Mount Bromo for a scene you will never forget (optional). In Kalibaru, feast your eyes on the many colours of Indonesia's beautiful garden plantations. From there, it’s a ferry ride over to Bali and the next chapter in your Indonesia adventure.
Jakarta - Bogor - Bandung
Gather with your fellow travelers at the designated meeting point then depart to Bogor. In Bogor, you will visit the city’s well-known botanical garden, Kebon Raya. This huge, serene and scenic park covers an area of around 80 hectares. Founded in 1817, Kebon Raya is a peaceful arboretum containing streams, fishponds and lotus garden, along with many nurseries, open spaces and a museum. Next, continue to Puncak Pass Mountain Resort (1,600 metres above sea level), passing through tea plantations on the road to Bandung. You'll also have a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

Following breakfast at the hotel, take a scenic drive through the Lembang hills to the crater of Mount Tangkuban Perahu, an active volcano. Proceed to Sari Ater, where you can enjoy a short trek through the huge tea plantation and approach the tea factory to see the leaves being processed. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will head back to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

In the afternoon, you can visit Padasuka village to see a performance of melodious Angklung music played on traditional bamboo instruments by children from the surrounding villages.
Bandung - Yogyakarta
This morning you will take a train from Bandung to Yogyakarta. On your way, a lunch meal will be provided to you on board. Upon arrival at Yogyakarta, you will be picked up from the station and transferred directly to your hotel, where the afternoon is spent free at leisure. You may want to explore some of the local neighborhood independently, for example, Malioboro Street with its many shops, cafes, performances and attractions.

Today you will go on a city tour to discover Yogyakarta. During the tour, you will visit the Kraton and Taman Sari, then witness local handicraft making in action, with craftsmen working on both batik and silver. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, after which you will get to explore Borobudur Temple, one of the greatest of all ancient architectural monuments. Built in the 9C, Borobudur predates Angkor Wat in Cambodia by three centuries. It has recently been fully restored by an International effort with the support of UNESCO.

Yogyakarta - Solo
Today's program will take you to Prambanan to visit the Hindu Temple Complex of Rara Jongrang, built by King Smaratungga of the Sanjaya Dynasty in 9C. In the Shiva and Brahma temple a detailed relief of Ramayana is depicted. A relief of Krisnayana can be admired in Wisnu Temple. You will also visit the magnificent 9C Hindu Temple of Prambanan, then drive to the town of Solo to explore the Palace of Mangkunegaran. Afterwards, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Solo - Malang
After breakfast, visit Pasar Gede, a bustling local market where you can see people bargaining to get their daily items. Continue driving to Mantingan forest and stop to see the bird market. You will stop at a local restaurant for lunch before proceeding to Malang via a winding road at Pujon.

Malang - Kalibaru
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Malang. The city is known as an old colonial retirement town with some colonial buildings and refreshingly green parks and streets. You will depart to Kalibaru via the cities of Probolinggo and Jatiroto making a stop in Jember for lunch. Arriving in Kalibaru in the afternoon, experience living in the atmosphere of a village surrounded by coffee and cocoa plantations.

Bromo Excursion (USD 140) – Dep. 01:30 AM
In the early morning, you'll go on an excursion by minibus to Wonokitri via Malang, Purwodadi, Nongkojajar and Tosari, and then continue to Bromo Volcano in Tengger. From the rim of the caldera of Bromo Volcano, you will enjoy the spectacular and ethereal scene of sunrise. Breakfast will be provided at a local restaurant.
Kalibaru - Bali
After breakfast, an experienced tour guide will show you the plantations and gardens adjacent to Margo Utomo Agro Resort. They include a variety of crops like Vanilla, coffee, coconut, snake-fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, rubber trees and cocoa. Next, you will depart to Ketapang harbour and cross the Straits of Bali by ferry. Lunch will be provided on the way, then your last lap takes you along the beautiful west coast of Bali island in the direction of Denpasar.
