SuperCoucou (“SC”) is a complete booking platform that provides third partyproducts which are directly sold to you. We work with many suppliers (third parties) that handle all land arrangements for you.

We manage payments, refunds as well as monitor quality, client satisfaction and the confirmations of your bookings. As for cancellations and booking changes, it can be directly done through the platform which will automatically send all required data to the respective suppliers.

What information do we collect and why?

We collect Personal information, which is information that identifies you personally, like your name, address,email address, phone number,and other personally identifying information. We also collect generic information about you, like your gender, home country, etc. to help us better understand our customer base.

When purchasing any product from SC, it is mandatory for you to share your personal information and if you fail to do so, your booking will be nullified and will not be submitted.

When you register your account with SC, you are asked to fulfill a basic form for your profile, which includes your full name, email address, nationality, and other information about you.

If you login to SC using Facebook or Google + or other social media services, we may also collect information that you have chosen to make available in your privacy settings, including Personal Information like your email address and username, Other Information such as your profile picture, and any other Personal Information you have chosen to make available.

When you have created your profile, even if you haven’t booked a SuperCoucou product, we can collect some information including your IP address, browser, and your computer’s OS information, application version, language settings and pages that you have accessed. If you are using a smart phone or tablet, we can collect information about your device, its settings, characteristics and location.

Sometimes we may gather information such as demographic data, including your country of residence, gender, age, etc. We also use cookies (as discussed below) to collect information about the performance and use of SC.

You can contribute to the site in a number of different ways, including writing reviews and diaries, uploading photos, participating in the ‘ask a local’ section, filling out your profile, and rating other users' contributions, suppliers and products. We may store these contributions, display them to other users, and use them for many uses throughout the website, if you have chosen to make them public. Note that if you include Personal Information in your Content, it can be used and viewed by others. Unfortunately, we cannot completely guarantee that your information will always be absolutely secure since there is no way to guarantee secure data transition and storage online. SC will not be held accountable for any unauthorized access to your Personal Information; we will rely on you informing us of any unusual activity that may indicate a breach in your information security.

Then we can investigate the source of the breach and whether it occurred in a transaction with SC and inform you of the necessary procedures to help solve the issue.

Child Policy

The products provided by SC are not targeted at an audience younger than 18 years old. Only children with a valid consent from their parents can travel with SC. If we receive requests or accounts from anyone under 18 we reserve the right to discard them.
