Whether you are logged in or are visiting SuperCoucou anonymously (you haven’t signed in), we may also collect your Non-personal Information, to better understand our customer base, how they interact with SuperCoucou and how we can improve general user experience. Booking-Related Information

When purchasing any product throughSuperCoucou, it is mandatory for you to share the traveler’s personal information (whether you and/or other travelers) to complete the booking process. Personal Information required to complete the booking process on SuperCoucou includes the names, emails and nationalities of all travelers, as well as the Contact Details (name, email and phone number) of the person who shall be in contact in case SuperCoucou or our Supplier need to get in touch.

Your Profile Information

When you create your account with SC, you are asked to fill a basic form for your profile, which includes your full name, email address, nationality, and gender. The full name, age and nationality you enter must be as on your passport, as per our Terms & Conditions.

  • If you choose to register on SC using Facebook, Google or other social media services, we may also collect information that you have chosen to make available in your privacy settings on these third-party platforms, including Personal Information like your email address and username, Other Information such as your profile picture, and any other Personal Information you have chosen to make available. We will only use this information to ease your profile completion process.
  • If and only if you give us consent to access your email, may we also access your email contacts or friends list to help you invite people to SuperCoucou.

Your “Public” Information on SuperCoucou

You can contribute to the site in a number of different ways, including writing reviews and diaries, uploading photos, participating in the ‘ask a local’ section, filling out your profile, and rating Suppliers and their products. We may store these contributions, display them to other users, and use them for many uses throughout the website, if you have chosen to make them public. Note that if you include Personal Information in your Content, it can be used and viewed by others. Deleting your account

If at any time you wish to delete your data from SuperCoucou, you can do that by deleting your account.
